Harriette’s goal is to motivate individuals and organizations to act on their instincts, to push past their fears and to walk toward their strengths, to choose to live a fulfilled life by claiming it now. This is why Cole has launched the DREAMLEAPERS Initiative, a series of immersive engagements designed to inspire people to leap into their own greatness.
TALKS
In this live event video talk series, Harriette will be in conversation with a variety of thought leaders to discuss how to turn your dreams into a tangible manifestation of your vision. The inaugural Talk is with celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson at Ginny’s Supper Club at the iconic Red Rooster in Harlem.
SOCIAL DREAMING EVENTS
Cole has begun a series of Social Dreaming events in partnership with Pat Ward, of Pat Ward Consulting, an associate of The Gordon Lawrence Foundation. Social Dreaming events are creative engagements designed to stimulate cultural knowledge and collaborative thinking.
RETREATS
Cole has launched daylong immersive retreats created to inspire and educate people to strategically advance their businesses and dreams. Expert Leapers in the fields of marketing, communications, finance and business development will be at the ready to support participants in their pursuit of excellence.
SPEEDLEAPING EVENTS
In the spirit of speed dating, these events bring together a bounty of Expert Leapers “seasoned professionals with skills needed to succeed in business” for a highly motivated, fastpaced engagement of sharing wisdom and knowledge with eager participants.
COLLEGE TOUR
With an eye for spotting and supporting high potential college and graduate school students, the college tour will bring a specially tailored retreat to campus with the intention of boosting soon to be graduates on their journey.
