Harriette Cole is a bestselling author, nationally syndicated advice columnist, motivational speaker, media trainer, professional public speaking coach, and veteran in the field of communications. Harriette served as fashion director of Essence Magazine, editorial director of Uptown Magazine, and editor-in-chief and creative director of Ebony Magazine. Among her clients are Kahilla, AARP, Columbia Records, The Purple Agency, Spotify, and Hunter College. Harriette is the regular host and editorial consultant for AARP's digital talk show 'Real Conversations with AARP'.
Cole is the founder of Dreamleapers, an educational platform designed to help people access and activate their dreams. She conducts workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions with clients through Dreamleapers. Cole also hosts a weekly interview talk show/podcast Dreamleapers with Harriette Cole and a weekly virtual meditation program, Dreamleapers Inspiration.
Harriette has served on the board of PRASAD, an international humanitarian charity, since 2014. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a member of ACCE, the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s diversity board.
