Brandice Daniel

Brandice Daniel is the visionary founder of Harlem's Fashion Row (HFR), a groundbreaking platform dedicated to championing designers of color within the fashion industry. With extensive experience in buying, production, and fostering inclusivity, Brandice has successfully bridged significant gaps, paving the way for diverse talent to thrive. Under her leadership, HFR has forged impactful collaborations with prestigious brands such as Nike, LVMH, Tommy Hilfiger, and Tiffany & Co. One of her notable achievements includes leading the Nike LeBron James HFR collaboration, where the limited-edition shoe sold out in less than 5 minutes. In 2020, Brandice expanded her commitment to supporting underrepresented designers by founding ICON360, a non-profit organization that has generously donated over $2 million to HBCU fashion departments and Black designers.

Brandice's influential work has garnered widespread recognition, with accolades from The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, and Vogue. She is currently working on a bold vision to provide greater equity for designers of color while developing an aggressive business strategy.
